TRY PILATES !! I AM SO GLAD I DID. I HAVE HURT MY KNEES DOING THE HIGH IMPACT AEROBICS AND STEP CLASSES. I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THAT WOULD BE GOOD FOR MY BODY AND NOT HURT ! I HEARD ABOUT LAURA'S PILATES CLASS AND WHAT A GOOD INSTRUCTOR SHE WAS SO THOUGHT I WOULD TRY
THIS WAS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. LAURA IS AN EXCELLENT INSTUCTOR AND GUIDES YOU THROUGH THE MANY EXERCIZES. SHE IS THERE TO HELP YOU ALL THE WAY . I HAD NO IDEA HOW PILATES REALLY WORKED. THERE IS NOT ROOM TO SAY EVERYTHING IT TEACHES BUT FOR EXAMPLE YOU WILL LEARN AND BECOME AWARE OF CORRECT BREATHING, COORDINATION, BALANCEM BODY CONTROL.........AND FOR ME, IT IMPROVED MY CONCENTRATION. I SOMETIMES DON'T FEEL LIKE GOING TO CLASS....BUT I GO AND EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME OUT FEELING GREAT AND READY FOR THE DAY! TRY IT AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!
